Arrive in Vancouver - Visit Granville Island

Upon arrival at the airport, meet your driver from the airport. & Transfer to hotel.

Day 02
Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park

Breakfast at Hotel. 
Grouse Mountain offers something for all travelers, whether the snow is coming down or the weather is warm. Just a 15-minute drive from downtown, spend the morning exploring.
Ride the Sky ride Gondola to the Peak of Vancouver for breathtaking views or enjoy distinctly British Columbian cuisine while overlooking the grandeur of the Lower Mainland, some 3,700 feet (1,128 m) below.
In the afternoon, take a 15-minute shuttle leaving downtown to head for Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Cross the iconic suspension bridge spanning the raging Capilano River.
Climb to Treetop Adventure and walk through the forest canopy on a series of suspended footbridges set 110 feet (30 m) high. Continue to the nearby Cliffwalk to traverse a granite precipice along the river, navigating a labyrinth-like series of narrow cantilevered bridges, stairs, and platforms. Post the Tour back to Hotel & Overnights stay at Vancouver.

Day 03
Day Trip to Whistler

Breakfast at Hotel.
Proceed to Whistler along the Sea-to-Sky Highway, one of the country's most iconic drives. This scenic route from the sea to the mountains offers several beautiful spots worth stopping for during the drive. Stop in Squamish, a popular access point for outdoor activities and adventure, and see the area's most famous peak from the highway: a sheer granite rock face popular with skilled climbers known as "The Chief." You can either hike to the summit or take the Sea-to-Sky Gondola up the mountain for excellent views of Howe Sound from Summit Lodge, where you can also grab lunch.
In the afternoon, you'll reach Whistler, an upscale, chalet-style pedestrian village built around the twin peaks of Whistler-Blackcomb. Stroll around the village, pamper yourself in one of the town's many spas, or ride to the top of the ski area via the Peak-to-Peak Gondola. The world's longest unsupported cable car runs between the summits of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains and provides easy access to alpine hiking and biking trails. At the end of the day, Back to Vancouver along the same route you took, Overnight stay in Vancouver.

Day 04
Drive to Kelowna via Wine Tasting in Okanagan Valley

Breakfast at Hotel. 
Proceed to visit the Okanagan Valley (04hr Drive). The history and culture of the Thompson-Okanagan region are strongly linked to the land. The First Nations semi-nomadic tribes were divided between hunting and fishing grounds in summer and semi-subterranean house camps in winter. Europeans came first to trade in furs and later established cattle, agriculture, and mining. The region contains museums and heritage sites of its rich and eventful past, as well as renowned golf courses, orchards, ski resorts, vineyards, and diverse landscapes.
The highest point in the Canadian Rockies is in this region, with a waterfall twice the height of Niagara Falls. Spend the day visiting the wineries of the Okanagan Valley and enjoy the stunning views of the mountains, lakes, and vineyards. If you don't wish to drive, you can organize a wine-tasting tour that includes transport. At the end of the day, you'll arrive in Kelowna, Overnights stay in Kelowna.

Day 05
Drive Around Okanagan Lake, Visit Myra Canyon Trestles

Proceed to drive around Okanagan Lake, stopping at the different markets in Peach land, Summerland, and Penticton. Or go on a fishing tour at Skaha Lake. Later, take a short trip to Myra Canyon. This highly-scenic portion of the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) runs along a steep-walled canyon. Initially built by hand at the turn of the last century, this impressive landmark is highlighted by two tunnels and 18 trestle bridges that are too spectacular for words. You can hike or rent a bike. Just 13 miles (24 km) from downtown Kelowna, the scenic drive takes you past farms, orchards, and vineyards. Overnight stay in Kelowna.

Day 06
Day Trip to Vernon & Salmon Arm, Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park

Breakfast at Hotel.
Proceed to visit Vernon today, a town that mixes exceptional recreational outdoor opportunities with urban amenities. Soak up the sun on the beach, relax at a spa, or paddle on a lake. Continue north to Salmon Arm, a small village sitting on Shuswap Lake, which is one of the most popular recreational destinations in British Columbia. The over 248 miles (400 km) of shoreline contain more than 20 provincial parks and offer unlimited water-related recreational opportunities. The surrounding mountains provide beautiful hiking trails.
Return to Vernon to see Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park. Nestled along the Coldstream Valley, this fine example of northern Okanagan grassland is dotted with ponderosa pines and groves of douglas fir. While the spring wildflower show is spectacular, this largely undeveloped park has an all-season appeal. Various animals, birdlife, reptiles, and plant life reside in a mosaic of grassland communities. To date, 432 varieties of vascular plants have been identified in the park, rare for such a small area. Spend some time discovering the park's nature and history before heading back to Kelowna & Overnight stay in Kelowna.

  • Double or twin room is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • The client should verify the time from the hotel as regards to meal timing & strictly adhere to it. Breakfast menu is fixed as per the hotel discretion.
  • Hotels may charge a security deposit (which is mandatory to pay if asked) during check in for laundry/telephone/minibar and any other incidental charges.
  • Scheduling & re- scheduling may be done on circumstances prevailing at the time of tour being operated in the best interest of the tour group / individual which will be at the discretion of the supplier providing the services at the destination
  • In case of any increment in the taxes by the Government, on the services rendered, the same shall be effective on the package quoted.
  • The Airfare is based on the fare structure existing at the time of booking. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price or change in Government regulations or ticket taxes etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger.
  • Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
  • People travelling together in groups may have to pay different price because of the dynamic price control adopted by hotels and airlines which eventually affects the package cost.
  • ILTC acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. ILTC will not be responsible for any deficiency in services provided by the Airlines or local tour operators. ILTC is not responsible for any loss, injury sustained by the tourist, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. &ldquoAny Part of unutilized services is non-refundable&rdquo
  • The Client must report to lobby at the time designated by the guide or tour manager for transfers and sightseeing. In case of delay the same will be missed and ILTC shall bear no responsibility for the same & no refund will be provided.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard
  • Air tickets issued on special fares in packages and are NON REFUNDABLE and guest shall have to bear the cancellation charges if tickets are cancelled after issuance.
  • Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID&rsquos (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
  • Any hike in confirmed hotel rates due to some unforeseen changes in hotel policies or govt taxes and any hike in airfare or airport taxes/fuel surcharges will attract a surcharge to be paid by the passenger prior to the departure date.
  • Once hotel booking is reconfirmed there wil be no refund unless specified by us.
  • Although the hotels are confirmed/suggested by us in most cases but still the client must check his/her/their confirmed hotel by himself/herself/themselves online so as to satisfy that the booked/suggested hotel meets his/her/their expectations. We cannot be held responsible for any lack of services and facilities by the hotel.
  • In case of any flight cancellation before departure/ after departure, if the refund will be due as per the flight cancellation/booking policy advised to client beforehand, the receipt of the refund will be from the airlines & ILTC Travels Pvt. Ltd. will not have any liability of the same.
  • Any kind of dispute is under jurisdiction of New Delhi.
  • If a pilgrim is denied entry at the border/airport due to personal reasons related to passengers&39 passport status or photo id status or if the authorities do not deem the passenger to be fit and bonafide to enter the country/state, "ILTC Travels Pvt. Ltd.&rdquo will not be held responsible for the same and there will be no refund for the remaining journey. If additional cost is incurred as a result of such an event, for eg making alternate travel arrangements for passenger, it will be the responsibility of the individual(s) concerned to take care of those expenses and ILTC will not bear any such expenses.
  • ILTC Travels Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change / modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
  • 30% of package amount to be paid as "Booking Amount"
  • 60% of the package amount to be paid at the time of confirmation of hotels
  • Balance to be paid 10 days prior to the departure date
  • A clear and colored scan of your valid passport - front two pages and last two pages is required (In case of International Travel)
  • A clear and colored scan of your valid Photo ID - Adhaar Card/Voter&39s ID/ Driving Licence is required (In case of Domestic Travel)
  • Pan Card Copy of each passenger (is mandatory for all International Travel)
  • Airfare quoted at the time of proposal is subject to change at the time of booking/issuing tickets
  • In case of cancellation, policies as mentioned in our "Cancellation Policy" will apply unless specified otherwise by us

If circumstances force you to cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking condition of the tour, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person. 

Cancellation or postponement charges as below (per person) will be applicable :

If you cancel or postpone your holiday 

  • 45 days or more before the date of departure : 25% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee
  • 45 - 30 days before the date of departure : 50% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee
  • 30 - 15 days before the date of departure : 75% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee
  • 15 - 0 days before the date of departure : 100% of the total cost will be charged as cancellation fee
  • In case of no show - 100% of the total cost will be charged
  • Service charges are non-refundable
  • No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
  • Travel Insurance Policy after issuance is non-refundable
  • Air tickets issued are non-refundable and full charges shall apply.
  • Cruise bookings are non-refundable 60 days prior to the date of departure and 100% of the total cost is charged as cancellation fee
  • We cannot be held responsible for any &lsquoRefusal or Denied entry at any border if the Govt authorities decide to not allow entry to any passenger. Applicable cancellation charges as specified above shall still apply.
